Beer takes seat at breakfast table

The London Free Press recently chatted with Cameron’s brewmaster Jason Britton to get the inside scoop on our Early Bird Breakfast Barley Wine.

Find out about our Barley Wine series including our popular first release, Where The Buffalo Roam which was aged in Buffalo Trace bourbon barrels from Kentucky, and featured hints of figs and dates along with vanilla and caramel notes. Our recent Early Bird includes local maple syrup and cold brew steeped coffee sourced from Vauhan’s Classic Gourmet Coffee.

Barley Wine’s are a style of strong ale, earning their name based on the beers’ strength and complexity – two things that definitely show similarities to wine. These beers are great for cellaring and saving for a special occasion.
